Taking the West Elgin farm tours offers a delightful opportunity to explore the heart of rural Ontario. Each of the stop presents a unique glimpse into the agricultural landscape, where you can wander through vibrant fields, meet friendly farmers, and sample fresh, local produce.

Blueberry Hill Farm – Rodney

Blueberry Hill is a 25-acre farm with six acres of certified-organic high-bush blueberries. Though the berry season is over for the year, stop by to see the blueberry sorter in action, purchase some eggs or frozen berries, play some yard games, visit with the sheep and ducks and enjoy a wagon ride through the blueberry field. Bring your picnic gear and some snacks or stop by one of our local restaurants for take-out and enjoy your goods pondside!

New Roots Farm – Eagle

Address: 25457 Talbot Rd, Eagle, ON.

With a classic small-town farm tour feel, this location includes a petting zoo area, a kid- and stroller-friendly corn maze, multiple generations of farm equipment and information booths and displays. Learn about the importance of growing grain for food and other uses and the history of agriculture and farming in a family-friendly and interactive atmosphere!
