Founded in 2016 by the family of the late Matt Soos, a graduate of Niagara College’s Brewmaster program. Located in West Lorne, Ontario, the brewery honors Matt’s passion for craft beer by producing unique, flavorful brews like the Belgian-style Natterjack Toad and the smoked Logger. Their mission is to carry forward Matt’s legacy through innovative brewing and community engagement .
